DMCA Takedown Policy for The Mind Club Christian Music Streaming Platform

The Mind Club respects the intellectual property rights of others and has adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the immediate removal of any copyrighted material that is found to have been illegally uploaded to our platform. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. DMCA Notice Requirements:

To file a DMCA notice with us, you must provide the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

A. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Describe the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, and provide sufficient information to allow us to locate the material (e.g., song title, artist name, album title, specific URL on our platform).

B. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide information sufficient to allow us to locate the material on our Platform that you claim is infringing (e.g., the specific URL where the infringing material is located).

C. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party: This includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

D. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law: Clearly state your belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.

E. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed: Affirm the accuracy of the information provided in your notice.

F. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed: This could be a scanned copy of your signature or a digital signature.

2. Procedure:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following steps:

A. We will promptly review the notice and determine whether it complies with the requirements of the DMCA. B. If the notice is found to be valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. C. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the user who uploaded the allegedly infringing material. D. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

3. Counter-Notification:

If a user whose content has been removed believes that the removal was a mistake, they may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must meet the requirements of 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). We will process counter-notifications in accordance with the DMCA.
